Topsail North Carolina I would say is my favorite vacation, because I loved how I did not have to care about anything except to just relax. Me and my family including my sister, mom, and dad decided to go on vacation for the second year in a row. We left in our car and began our journey to North Carolina. When we arrived at Virginia went on a hike to sight see and look at the scenery. My family wanted to go on a 10 mile hike but I was not up to it and neither was my mom. It was a nice sunny day outside and it was nice to enjoy the ride through Virginia so many mountains and land. We rested for the night at a hotel, the next day we made our way to North Carolina and finally arrived at the condo. Me and my sister shared a room, and my mom and dad had their own. The best part of the room I was me and my sister shared a teen bump bed. But the best part siting in the bottom bunk was to see the  beach scenery from the patio/balcony sliding door. The best part was being able to come to condo at the end of the day and see the sun set and enjoy the view. Another part I enjoyed from the condo was at night the waves would push against the sand at night. It was so soothing and relaxing to hear the wave clash against each other at night. Another part of the trip I enjoyed was eating all the seafood you can get at the seafood markets. There are many markets in town that local fisherman bring fresh fish in. I never went hungry after eating the seafood my parents bought. What was fun to do at Topsail North Carolina was going to public ponds/lakes and fish for crabs. My dad bought crab cage and some string, so we would hook on chicken leg for bait and caught so many. That day I caught at least 12 crabs and they all were cooked and vanished in one day. I'm proud to say that I was the chief. I basically put favoring and as the water boiled I put the crabs in and the food was finished. My mom bought a bottle of sweet wine to enjoy with the food. The next day we went to a sea turtle sanctuary and saw so many educational things about sea turtles. We also went to see the sea turtles in care at the center. One of the turtle was blind and we were told that she would never be released in the wild. I felt sad because I rather see them live and roam wild. I also went to the peer and I tried fishing and I actually caught one fish. Yes one fish may not seem like a big accomplishment but many people who fishing at the peer was not having any luck. Last activity we did was walking on the beach at night, I may say that it's kinda scary walking on the beach at night because of sand crabs. I literally was holding my dad's hand screaming, because I was pointing my flash light at the crabs and I was afraid of getting pinched. Overall, I miss going to North Carolina I loved spending time there because it brought the best memories, if I had to do it over again I would.
